Elderly Dog Forced to Endure the Cold Outdoors Instead of Spending His Last Days with His Family

In 2 hours, Kesto was well enough to go to a foster home. A senior dog was neglected by his family and forced to live outside in the rain during his final years, instead of being inside with a loving family. He was hungry and in pain due to his achy joints.

When a group of rescuers arrived to help, they initially thought the dog had passed away. However, one of the rescuers realized that he was still alive, which brought tears of relief to their eyes.

Despite his bad situation, the dog fought to hold on. The family left the senior dog out in the rain and did not provide him with a warm home to enjoy his golden years. Kesto was so hungry and in pain due to his joint problems.

When a group of rescuers arrived to help, they initially thought the dog had passed away. However, one of the rescuers realized that Kesto was still alive and they rushed him to receive medical treatment.

The family did not even say goodbye to Kesto as he was taken for treatment. Despite spending his years with a family that never cared for him, Kesto now has the opportunity to know what love means.

The veterinary professionals identified that the canine, who exhibited no signs of aggression, was roughly 15 years of age. Due to the presence of a large tumor in his stomach and hypothermia, the dog received warm saline treatment.

At his arrival, a female rescuer took him in and eagerly brought him to her residence, as she had a fondness for older canines.

His temporary caretaker directed him to his sleeping area following a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, Kesto passed away several weeks later. The silver lining was that he spent his remaining days in the company of a caring family who deeply cherished him. May Kesto rest in peace.
