William John Garner, also known as «Billy,» was Jennifer Garner’s father. According to KBTX News 3, William John Garner attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering in 1961 and a Master of Chemical Engineering in 1976. He was the father of Jennifer Garner, Susannah Kay Garner Carpenter, and Melissa Garner Wylie.
